I purchased my pistol at a gun show (brand new, in case w/all bells and whistles as in description). This is my first target type pistol to own. I've shot the browning buckmark and many other models but this is by far the best I've shot! The balance and feel are great and accuracy is exceptional when you get used to the sights. Break down isn't too bad but putting it back together does take practice (watch a video carefully for first timers). The only draw back I personally encountered is that when releasing the magazine my fat palm doesn't let the mag "pop" out freely because it catches on the bottom of the edge of the magazine plate. My brother-in-law has a similar version Mark III Hunter but not the 22/45. His is all stainless steel, wood grip model with a longer barrel and different angled handle. His Magazine is contoured differently at the bottom and slides out easier than mine due to its butt plate shape and size. I don't get the same hang up with his mag. However, my models release button is a better configuration and feel. It's location is also slightly different. Overall this is a FANTASTIC target, practice, plinker that is fun to shoot. Well worth the purchase.
